HILLCO provides all contributors with an update on the activities surrounding the Department of State Health Services (“DSHS”) to require patient care facilities regulated by Chp. 605 of the Texas Occupations Code, the Texas Orthotics and Prosthetics Act (“TOPA”).

We have established a call-in number for a conference call to have a full update and to provide you all with any opportunity to ask questions about the issue on Wednesday, January 7, 2009 at 9:00am, CST.
