The Texas Association of Orthotists & Prosthetists welcomes New Members to our Association.  New Members are voted in during our Business Meeting during our annual Conference.

Simply download the New Member Application Form, complete the form and mail it to our office for processing.  Applications must be received within ten (10) business days prior to each conference date to be voted in for that calendar year.

All Applications require names & signatures from two (2) active and in good standing TAOP members.

MEMBERSHIP FEES & DUES:

There is a One Time Application Processing Fee of $25.00.

Active-Voting - Annual Dues is $75.00

(Texas Resident working in an Active Texas Orthotic and/or Prosthetic Facility or Educational Program)

Associate - Non Voting Dues is $25.00

(Resident or Non-Texas Resident interested in Texas Orthotics and/or Prosthetics)

Membership Dues must be paid by the first quarter of each year.
