Robert Lee Neal?

ROBERT LEE NEAL, CP/LP

Robert passed away at his home, peacefully Thursday (Thanksgiving) evening after a courageous battle with cancer surrounded by his loving wife and daughter.
?
He was born November 18, 1956, in Fort Polk, Louisiana, to Earl and Mary Neal. Robert?s purpose was helping others through his occupation and was a prominent business owner and prosthetist in Tyler for over 20 years. He was an active member in the Wellspring Community.
?
Robert was preceded in death by his mother Mary H. Neal. He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Mary Neal of Whitehouse; daughter Melanie Neal of Whitehouse; father Earl Neal of Irving and brothers David Neal, Charles Neal and Curtis Neal. Pallbearers will be Steve Zanolini, Tony Zapata, Danny Smith, Greg Smith, Pat Bowman and Albert Becerra. Honorary Pallbearers will be his brothers.

Funeral Mass for Robert Lee Neal, 52, of Whitehouse was held on Tuesday, December 2, 2008 at 11:00 AM at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception Catholic church in Tyler with Father Augustine Tharappel officiating. Burial? followed in the Cathedral in the Pines Cemetery under the direction of Stewart Family Funeral Home. Visitation?was scheduled from 6:00-7:00 pm on Monday December 1, 2008, with a Rosary following at 7:00 pm at Stewart Family Funeral Home, 7527 Old Jacksonville Highway, in Tyler.

Memorial in honor of Robert L. Neal may be made to the Wellspring Ministries, 16828 FM 2964, Whitehouse, Texas 75791.

Robert was an Active Member of the Texas Association of Orthotists & Prosthetists and will be missed very much.? Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family during this time of great sadness.
